We're hoping this event catches on...
After attending the Memorial Day Parade -- or marching if you're a mom to a Little Leaguer, Brownie, Girl Scout, the list goes on and on -- make sure to pack the pigskin, the sandwiches and the cupcakes and join your neighbors for an old-fashioned outdoor picnic.
Everyone will be at the 2nd Annual Memorial Day Community Picnic at the Fairfield Museum & History Center. After the parade continue the fun! Bring your blankets and picnic to the Fairfield Museum for an afternoon of games and fun. This is a free family event.
