Channel Your Inner Chanel

When Marilyn Monroe was asked what fragrance she wore in bed, Monroe famously replied, "Why, Chanel No. 5, of course."  Monroe's mention led to the booming popularity of the enduring scent.  Women (and men) have been delighted by the enchanting perfume since 1921.

A little Suzy history lesson:
That fab femme, Coco Chanel commissioned six scents from a world-renowned perfumier in 1921.  The one Ms. Chanel fancied was No. 5.  She said it fit her vision of 'a woman's fragrance that smells like a woman.'   As with all great icons, Chanel No. 5 is timeless, sophisticated and worldly.  The perfume contains bergamot, lemon, jasmine and is accented with rose, vanilla and amber.  Pure luxury!

No. 5 is available at Chanel, most department stores and at Perfumania.

And, as Ms. Chanel directed many years ago, 'A woman should wear fragrance wherever she expects to be kissed.' Suzy says, get spritzing!
