Dobbin was founded by Jessica Gold Newman and Catherine Doyle, who met at Liz Lange Maternity, where they headed the company's marketing and design. Their new (non-maternity) line, Dobbin, is a mix of crisply classic and vintage-inspired silhouettes, made of designer-level (primarily washable) stretch European fabrics, in flattering fits made for real bodies (2-16), and sold at an attainable price point (everything's under $200). Dobbin is an old English name for workhorse; Jessica and Catherine want Dobbin's clothing to be the workhorses of your wardrobe.
