Just under a week to Dad's Day! Here are some go-to gifts for the daddy in your life.

For the New Dad or Dad-to-be
It really doesn't get any cuter than this...
Dad will love this adorable onesie with a saying that makes him proud. Specify Size: 3-6 mo., 6-12 mo., or 12-18 mo. Specify Blue or Pink. $18 www.roomservicehome.com

For Dad the Chef
Let Dad turn your outdoor grill into a backyard pizza oven with this stone specially designed for the task. It uses the high heat of the grill to produce brick oven-style pizza with a crisp crust and bubbly-hot toppings. Made specifically for gas grills, the porous clay stone sits within a raised stainless-steel frame. Recipes included. $99.95 www.williamssonoma.com The good news, this if dad cooks, this doubles as a gift for you...

For the Dad Who Loves Hoops
"The Enlightened Bracketologist: The Final Four of Everything" by Mark Reiter and Richard Sandomir
The book for any red-blooded, sports-loving male Suzy knows. The premise of this book is that any argument can be solved through a NCAA-tournament bracket-like argument. Whatever. We know Dad and (Granddad) will love it. It's a lock.
The Enlightened Bracketologist

For the Dad Who Loves His iPod
Upgrade his ear buds with Noise-Canceling In-Ear Headphones. Bose paved the way with noise-canceling headphones for travelers. Admittedly, they were a bit bulky when they came out. If you're guy travels frequently with his Ipod, buy him a pair of earbuds designed for big sound and a small compartment. They will run you $350 to $400 so it's no small investment. See below for a cheaper alternative. Note to Mom: do not buy the Bose ear-buds. They don't cancel noise as well as advertised.
Shure SE420
Ultimate Ears triple.fi 10 Pro
A bit cheaper at $100:
Creative Zen Aurvana

For the Cool, Sporty Dad
Get him the Toy Watch. It's ultra light weight, sporty looking and available in many colors and styles. $150 - $225 www.bloomingdales.com
