Human beings were born to run.
Christopher McDougall will be at the Fairfield Ludlowe High School Auditorium to discuss his new book Born to Run. This book started with the simple question, “Why does my foot hurt?” and led McDougall to the Tarahumara Indians. These Indians are the world’s greatest distance runners and he wanted their secrets. He learned a great deal from them and wants to share it with you!
