Looking for something fun to do with the kids this weekend?
Kids of all ages can learn about jousting, weaponry, honoring a lady, and be able to examine pieces of armor during A Knight's Tale Saturday at the Pequot Library.
The Higgins Armory Museum is coming to town for an exciting, interactive demonstration on the age of chivalry and knights in medieval times. The focus is educational, historical, and fun. The library will have a number of books on the medieval period selected and available for participants to browse through or check out. No registration required. (for young people of all ages)
