Annual Bike Parade, Old-Fashioned Lawn Games, & Heritage Recipe Contest!

Beginning at 10 AM on the Fourth of July, parade down Pequot Avenue, starting at the Five Corners in Southport Village and ending at Pequot Library. All decorated bikes, scooters, and wagons, etc. are welcome - rain or shine. The parade culminates with races and games on the Great Lawn. Fraiche Restaurant will be on hand selling hot dogs, and the ice cream truck will be coming by as well!
Enter the Family Heritage Recipe Contest with a recipe that has been in your family for a long time (kids can help!) and win "dinner out". Drop it off at the judging and display tables on the lawn before the parade begins. Please bring a copy of the recipe for display.
