Real Food For Real Life
Monday, September 26, 2011

As part of the Fairfield Public Library’s Health Series, Tara Cook-Littman is hosting Real Food For Real Life Tuesday, September 27 at 7 PM in the Rotary Room.
You'll learn what real food is and how to easily incorporate it into your everyday life. Our lives are busier than ever and processed, packaged and generally unwholesome foods lacking any nutritional value dominate our diet because of the convenience factor. If you are tired, have digestion problems or other chronic health issues and want to feel better, it’s time to stop eating out of packages and start eating fresh, real food.
Tara Cook-Littman is completing her certification as a Holistic-Health Counselor from The Integrative Institute for Nutrition based in New York City. She currently has a private practice as a Health Counselor guiding clients on a journey to wellness by helping them learn about healthful eating, managing stress levels, feeding their families real food, and helping them stay active.
