Suzy recently discovered this hidden gem in Black Rock. Soul of the World is a cozy place for tea with a galpal or a quiet place to read a book while enjoying some "me" time. A small space (4 tables), with a worn shabby chic interior, it offers pages and pages of tea and delicious desserts from Dough Girl Baking Company of Norwalk.
Head there on Saturday or Sunday and enjoy Take it Teazy Tea for 2. It includes 2 mugs of tea, a tray of finger sandwiches, 2 scones with clotted cream and jelly, and 2 cakes. (Take it Teazy only offered on the weekends) Soul of the World lives up to its slogan "good karma in every cup".
Suzy Tip: Bring your daughter for some special mother/daughter time, she'll love it.
