Savor the Flavor at the Mansion
The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring "Savor the Flavor 2008".
When: Thursday, February 28, 6-10 PM
Where: The Burr Homestead, Old Post Road
It's a super-expanded variation the wine tasting event of years' past -- now with more wine (no sipping required) and food, food, food.
The historic Burr Mansion is the setting, with music by singer/guitarist Renard Boissiere.
Turnpike Spirit Shop & Wine Emporium is donating the wine, and we'll have food prepared by Donatella's, Sarabande, Sweet Basil, Angus Steakhouse and desserts by Luigi's Italian Pastry Shop!
Door prizes and a silent auction, too. It's the Big Thing of February -- don't miss it.
Tickets are $50 in advance, $60 at the door. RSVP by Feb. 25 at #255-1011.
