Easter Apple Hunt at Lyman Orchards
If cabin fever has your family feeling cooped up, take a trip to Middlefield and Lyman Orchards' 24th annual Easter Apple Hunt this Saturday.
More than 15,000 Lyman apples will be hidden in the Hay Maze as more than 800 children hunt for a healthy treat.
When: Sat. March 15th (Raindate: Sat. March, 22)

Admission is free. Children, ages 12 months to 10 years old, may participate.
Apple Hunt Rules:
Adults are allowed in the Hay Maze to assist children in the 12 month-3 years old age group.
Hunt times are segregated by age group. With the exception of the youngest group, persons other than the ages specified below are not allowed in the Hay Maze until each age group has finished hunting for apples.
10:30 AM: ages 12 months to 3 years
11:15 AM: ages 4 years to 6 years
12 Noon: ages 7 years to 10 years
Children may keep all the apples they find. Labels on apples indicate prizes which may be redeemed inside the Apple Barrel market.
