Suzy's got the skinny on some exciting new businesses coming to town
Cava: Opening in the old Mulino's restaurant. Owners currently manage Cava Restaurant & Wine Bar in New Canaan and hope to be open here in about 6 weeks. They have previously been invloved with Da'Pietro's in Westport, Paci in Southport, Quattro Pazi in Fairfield and Barcelona in South Norwalk. If their track record is an indicator, Cava should be a huge success.
Entrees Made Easy: Grand opening is scheduled for this coming Saturday 3/15, we're all going to love this place. Prepare your meals there and take them home to the refrig, freezer or oven. We hear they'll even prepare them for you.

Home Goods: Finally, coming closer to home. Opening in the Toys R'Us building in Westport. Looks like several months before it's ready.
Isabelle et Vincent: Suzy is sitting on the sidewalk outside of this new shop just waiting for it to open! The owners hail from 7 generations of french chocolatiers and bakers. Need we say more?
Chocolate, french pastry, breads and ice cream will be made on the premises. The kids will be able to watch the chefs through a glass window, while you sit in front of the fireplace eating your warm croissant!

Robeks Juice: Having troule getting you 10 daily servings of fruits and vegies? That will all change once Robeks opens in April in a shop below Flash Pointe Dance. Serving up nutritionally packed smoothies, shakes and juices. Just in time for summer!
Tombo: All we know about this restaurant is that it's opening in the Brick Walk near Turquoise Spa. Sign in the window says Hibachi, Sushi and Tiki Bar.
9 West Outlet: We like this better then Marty's Shoes. Opening right next to the Gap.
