Get Your Passport
Wednesday, August 06, 2008

Schedule some family fun into your Sundays for Passports to Nature at the Connecticut Audubon Society's Center at Fairfield. When you visit the Center on Sundays (September through June) pick up a self-guided activity packet and your "passport". Then, explore what's outside in their 152-acre Wildlife Sanctuary and what's inside in their Center. All the activities are designed for families to do together. You can read a story together or create a simple craft. Once you finish the activity, your passport gets stamped and for those who complete the activities every month a prize will be awarded. They offer a new theme to experience every month. It's a fun way to spend the day for all ages.
The program is free, but donations are always welcome!
