Do you have clothing or household essentials you'd like to donate? The Community Closet, located at 475 Clinton Ave. in Bridgeport accepts donations of gently used clothing for men, women, children and infants, as well as small household essentials like bedding, dishes, books, toys, - anything but large furniture. These items are given away completely free of charge to needy people referred by area social service providers.
Hours for donation are M-F 9 to 2.
