The information about where to donate is staggering, as is the amount of donations that have already been made. The need remains enormous and will continue into the months and years ahead.

The Huffington Post and Causecast have worked with The U.S. Fund for UNICEF and the International Medical Corps to to make available for purchase supplies needed to help individuals affected in Haiti. Through this great site you can choose what to send. www.causecast.org
The American Red Cross is accepting donations through their International Response Fund. Send a $10 donation by texting 'Haiti' to 90999. The Red Cross also needs Creole speaking volunteers for a 24hr phone bank. Call Mr. Wilfrid @ 305-776-6900
Save The Children has launched an emergency relief effort for Haiti. Donate to their fund to provide medical attention and clean water to children and families. Text "SAVE" to 20222 to donate $10 to Save the Children.
UNICEF They are requesting donations for relief for children in Haiti via their Haiti Earthquake Fund. You can also call 1-800-4UNICEF.
Donate through Wyclef Jean's foundation, Yele Haiti. Text "Yele" to 501501 and $5 will be charged to your phone bill and given to relief projects through the organization. View Wyclef Jean's response to recent allegations here
Oxfam America has over three decades of experience in Haiti. They are currently working to provide clean water, shelter and sanitation to those in need. Click here to make a donation.
Locally in Fairfield, Yoga For Everybody will be holding a Benefit Yoga Class for Haiti, Saturday, January 23 3:00-4:30PM
Yoga for Everybody, 27 Unquowa Road, Fairfield (by the Community Theatre) All proceeds collected at the class will go to Doctors without Borders. Click below to learn more and to donate directly online.
