The Board of Education is looking for your input!   As they begin the Superintendent Search, one of the first steps in the process is to develop a leadership qualities and characteristics profile that can use when searching for our new superintendent.  They are soliciting the input of community members to help identify these characteristics.  Two Community Forums will be held today, Monday, November 9, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., at 501 Kings Highway East 2nd Floor Conference Room.  The Public is invited to attend one of these forums to meet with the search firm consultants from Hazard, Young, and Attea to provide your input.  

If you plan to attend, please complete the Leadership Profile Assessment on this website, www.fairfield.k12.ct.us, and bring it with you to the Community Forum.  Can't attend the Forum?  You still have the chance to make your feedback count, just fill out the Leadership Profile Assessment from the website and return your completed form by November 10, 2009 to any of our school offices or mail/fax/email it directly to:
