Is your garage full of sports equipment you kids have outgrown? Will they need to be suited up again this spring for baseball, lacrosse or tennis?
Anyone with kids in sports should plan to attend the Fairfield Sports Swap. The concept is simple, you drop off your gently used sports equipment that is cluttering up your house and then come to the swap and pick up some new "free" equipment your kids will need for the upcoming year.
You can drop off the gently used sports equipment your family no longer needs to be included in the swap. They are collecting equipment for the following sport categories: Baseball, Golf, Field Hockey, Softball, Lacrosse, Tennis, Paddle and Squash, Hockey, Soccer, Basketball and Football.
Collection hours are:
Thursday, January 21st from 4 - 7 PM
Friday, January 22nd from 10 AM - 2 PM and 4 - 7 PM
Items can also be dropped off the morning of the Swap.
Fairfield Sports Swap
Saturday, January 23rd from 9 AM - 2 PM
Cost: $5 donation/family to cover event costs.
Location: First Congregational Church
(corner Beach and Old Post Roads)
