Edge Fitness Clubs Offering FREE New Years Resolution Fitness Nights

Did you resolve to improve your fitness level or lose weight in the new year, but haven't done anything about it? Join the club...
Odds are, you really want to, but don't have a realistic plan to achieve your goal. Over the next two weeks, The Edge Fitness clubs are offering free fitness information nights designed to help set your fitness and weight loss goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
During these sessions, you'll learn the most effective way to achieve your fitness goals and hear about The Edge Revolution, an 8 week body change program featured at the fitness club. The program includes a nutrition DVD, exercise guide, weekly workout classes, one hour session with a personal trainer, weekly tips, a one on one pilates session and access to a personal trainer and nutrition coach for questions and support. Several of Suzy's galpals just finished the last session of the Revolution and not only were the results amazing, but they had each other to work out with and support each other along the way. There's even a cash prize!
The information nights will be held in the following locations at 6:30 p.m free of charge.
