Cheff Karen Gosselin makes it easy to serve up a delicious meal for Thanksgiving. You can order an oven-ready Fresh Tom Turkey cleaned, seasoned and in a roasting pan complete with directions (prices begin at $42.00). You can select from a full menu of sides to complete your meal including Cranberry Orange Relish, Sweet Potato Souffle, French String Beans with Shiitake Mushrooms, Creamed Pearl Onions and Butternut Squash. Suzy's Centro Favorite, Pumpkin Butternut Ravioli with Brown Sugar Sage Butter is a must-have appetizer. All orders for Fresh Turkeys must be placed by Friday, November 16th, order deadline for all other items is Saturday, November 17th. Pick-up by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 21st.

At Balducci's you can get your meal prepared ready for the oven or totally cooked ready to serve. They are offering everything you need to have a delicious Thanksgiving. Let them make the meal while you take all the credit!
Their meals include turkey, sides and dessert plus their famous "leftover survival kit": wild rice soup for those chunks of turkey, and cranberry mustard, to be slathered on your turkey sandwiches.

Selections include appetizers such as Filo Cups with Feta Spinich and Herbs, Grilled Jumbo Shrimp w/ Cilantro Dip Sauce, Stilton, Walnuts & Dried Cranberries Pastry. Order your Turkey oven-ready or ready to serve. Trimmings include traditional or cornbread stuffing, mashed and sweets, Butternut Squash filled Ravioli w/ Brown Sugar, Sage and Parmesan, cranberry relish or chutney and don't forget to order some extra gravy. To finish things off order your pies (apple, pumpkin, pecan or key lime) and cakes. Cookies and pastry will be available on a first come first serve basis.
