Want to go to a FREE movie? Come and be part of a test audience for a new family-friendly fantasy film, right here at the Fairfield Community Theater! This film is based on a classic children's book that was the favorite childhood story of JK Rowling, author of Harry Potter. Spend 2 hours in a magical world with our young heroine as she uncovers a strange valley with unicorns and lions and a house full of secrets.
You'll get the chance to get a see the film before its official release, and give your comments. Suitable for ages 7 , boys and girls, moms and dads and the young at heart. The content contains magic, mystery, suspense, adventure and comedy. There is no swearing, sex or violence (though there are suspenseful moments of jeopardy). Think of The Golden Compass, The Chronicles of Narnia meets the Wizard of Oz.
The producer will be introducing the film and is happy to answer your questions at the end of the session.
The film is mainstream, has well known actors, and is getting a world-wide release. The title... well, as with all test screenings, that is a secret... but come along and all will be revealed!
The film is 97 minutes long and then 15 minutes to fill out a survey and questions and answers after that.
