Backlot Barbecue Benefit on Saturday, Chill Out on Sunday
Do Burgers, Beer & Friends sound good on a summer night?  Then plan to attend the first ever backlot barbecue to benefit Fairfield Theatre Co this Saturday night.  All proceeds will benefit future programming at this community gem.

Here's the scoop:
Saturday 7/26/2008

6pm-8pm Cookout: Burgers, hot dogs, potato salads, snacks, sangria, beer and soda
8pm-10pm Live Music: Buskin and Batteau on StageOne

Robin Batteau and David Buskin have played nearly everywhere (including Carnegie Hall). Along the way, they've had the good fortune and great pleasure of doing things like jamming with Bruce Springsteen and Yo-Yo Ma, writing songs for Paula Abdul and Ladysmith Black Mambazo, jokes for Robin Williams and Whoopi Goldberg. Their collaborations have won Emmys, Grammys, a Gold Record, a Clio and an Oscar nomination.
