Holidays at Heckscher Farm
This December, the Stamford Museum & Nature Center invites you to take a holiday from the holidays and come on up for a wintry stroll on Heckscher Farm, which is decked out in holiday cheer.

Take a break from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the beautiful woodland setting.  Visit their galleries, enjoy a complimentary cup of hot cocoa and take a stroll down their luminary path.

Admission to SM&NC will be free for everyone every Friday in December, with extended the hours on Heckscher Farm until 7 p.m. Then, at 7 p.m. come in from the cold to see "The Star of Bethlehem" a scientific exploration of the possible astronomical explanations for the Star of Bethlehem, in the Observatory. At 8 p.m. resident astronomer Charles Scovil will open up the Observatory deck for some great night viewing.

Fridays, Dec. 5, 12, 19 & 26.
SM&NC has partnered with CT Transit to ensure that buses will run to this event from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on these Fridays.
