Net event proceeds support the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as part of the fundraising campaign that is the Pan-Mass Challenge The PMC is the nation's original fundraising bike-a-thon and today raises more money than any other athletic fundraising event in the country. The PMC represents the largest source of funds for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Last year, 35 million dollars was collected through the 5000 participants, and 100 % of every rider raised dollar was given directly to Dana Farber.
