Suzy can't imagine anything healthier or more satisfying than Pilates at the beach. Here's the where and when for local classes.
Pilates

Fridays at 7:00 a.m. starting June 5th at Penfield II Pavilion.
Bring a mat, sun block and water! $20.00 (no cards)

Black Rock Pilates
Beach Pilates starting June 6th!!
Saturday mornings at 7:30 AM (45 minute class)
The Seaview Beach in Black Rock.
Bring your sunblock, large towel or blanket, and sunglasses.
Class is only $10 (cash or check)

Classes have begun and meet at Penfield Beach
40 minute walk followed by 40 minute mat class at the studio
