Babes
Support for New Mothers
Monday, May 19, 2008

Every new mom could use a support group. This is an opportunity for moms and their babies (pre-crawler stage) to come together to discuss first time parenting issues and to forge friendships with other new mothers. Sleeping, eating, creating a comfortable schedule for your baby, and understanding your baby's temperament and important developmental milestones are just a few of the topics that will be covered.
This group is facilitated by Debbie Portnay, LCSW Clinical Social Worker and Jennifer Weinstein, M.S.Ed., P.D. School Psychologist. Register under mother's name. Open to up to 8 mothers, meets 6 times. This is a FREE program provided by
Fairfield Parks and Recreation / Youth Services.
Thursdays, 10:00 – 11:30 am, May 29 – July 3
Recreation Conference Room Course # 368
