Fitness for your Middleschoolers

We all want to instill good fitness habits in our children. Here's a program that will help get you started.
Wakeman Boys & Girls Club is offering the opportunity for members in 6th-8th grade to be a part of a Health, Fitness and Running Club. The club focuses on getting members in shape and maintaining their fitness levels. Kids will learn how to get in shape through a variety of fitness activities, healthy nutritional guidelines and running programs.
Participants will set goals, which they'll keep track of as they progress through the sessions. In turn they'll improve their self-confidence and self-esteem.
Classes
Tuesdays: 3:45-5PM Starting 3/18 through 5/20
Saturdays 12-1:30PM Starting 3/22 through 5/17
Cost: $90
