Babysitter Training Course at the Rec Dept.

Make sure your son or daughter is prepared to be a babysitter.
Enroll the tweens and teens in the American Red Cross Babysitter's Training Course at the Rec Department.
The purpose of the American Red Cross Babysitters Training Course is to provide individuals, age 11 and up, with the information and skills necessary to provide safe and responsible care for children in the absence of parents or adult guardians.
This training will help participants develop skills in five critical areas: leadership, safety and safe play, basic care, first aid, and professionalism. A course completion card will be issued.
The class will take place on two consecutive weeks at the Recreation Department. Participants must attend both weeks consecutively to qualify for certification.

November 13 & 20 - 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM
