With the start of summer, we know many of you recently lost your regular Fairfield U sitters. Here are a couple of services to use in a pinch.

The annual fee is $60/year and you also pay a fee for every booking. The cost varies based on the number of hours you book the sitter for. Sitters charge from $12-$15/hour with a four hour minimum. A Childcare Membership with the Sitting Service entitles your family to unlimited calls for babysitters, house sitters and pet sitters. The annual fee for a child care membership is $265 (plus tax).

Babysitters charge $14 per hour, with a four hour minimum. The hourly rate for a Mother's Helper is $17.
Overnight babysitters are also available, with the overnight 12-hour shift at a rate of $105. Any additional hours are at the normal $14 rate.
