DANCE WORKOUT is a choreographed workout combining modern dance, jazz, martial arts and ballet.
What it can do:
•Burn Fat
•Tone and Strengthen Muscles
•Enhance Balance and Flexibility
•Increase Energy Level
•Decrease Stress
Lisa Liotta has been teaching Dance & Yoga for over 15 years. She has a background in the NIA Technique (a style of dance) and incorporates her knowledge and practice of Yoga into her classes.
DANCE WORKOUT is open to anybody who would like to de-stress, energize and balance through movement. It is for all fitness levels. A great cardio workout that helps develop endurance, flexibility and strength.
