First Time Mothers Group

Are you a new mom looking to meet some new friends with babies? Do you have questions you'd love to get answered? The First Time Mother's Group from the Fairfield Recreation Departmetn is just for you.
This is an opportunity for moms and their babies to come together to discuss first time parenting issues and to forge friendships with other new mothers. Sleeping, eating, creating a comfortable schedule for your baby, and understanding your baby’s temperament and important developmental milestones are just a few of the topics that will be covered.
Ages: Babies (pre-crawler stage) and Moms
Cost: $50/6 Sessions
This group is facilitated by Debbie Portnay, LCSW Clinical Social Worker and Jennifer Weinstein, M.S.Ed., P.D. School Psychologist.
