The Black Crowes

Doors Open at 7:00 PM
Hailed by UK's Melody Maker as "the most rock 'n roll rock 'n roll band in the world," The Black Crowes are coming to the Klein to show the Fairfield area how it's done. Their uncompromising, straight-ahead rock sound is as rare today as it was when they started in 1990, and no other band - not even their forefathers The Faces, The Rolling Stones or the Allman Brothers Band - can hold a candle to the blues power and rock excellence of a live Crowes show. Led by Chris and Rich Robinson, a brotherly duo heavily influenced by everything blues and rock 'n roll, Rolling Stone's album reviews have never dipped below three stars, recently saying about 2008's Warpaint, they still "Draw from the same well of American roots music that inspired all those Brits in the Sixties." Known for putting on absolutely epic shows at the world's best theaters, including New York's Hammerstein Ballroom and San Fransisco's Fillmore Auditorium, a Black Crowes show at the Klein will surely enter and remain in the FTC history books for years to come.
