The Discovery Museum is hosting Fairfield County GreenDrinks on Thursday, September 24th from 6pm to 8pm as part of their Discover Green Expo.
Curt Johnson, Senior Attorney and Program Director of the Connecticut Fund for the Environment, will give a brief presentation on the current administration's Cap and Trade policies. Afterward, guests can mingle and discuss pressing environmental topics.
There will also be a U2 light show in the The Henry B. duPont III Planetarium. The show is an immersive, full dome digital planetarium experience offering rich computer renderings and abstract visuals choreographed to the music of the award-winning Irish rock band.
Organic appetizers from Health in a Hurry in Fairfield, organic wine from Organic Vintages, local beer from New England Brewery, and organic soda and tea from Steaz will be served. The Jazz Guild of Fairfield County will be the musical entertainment for the evening.

Tickets are $20 per person. A portion of the ticket price will support the museum's science education programs.
