A Mother-Daughter Celebration

Explore a new way of being together in this playful and joyous celebration for Mothers* and their pre-teen daughters with Beth Furman during A Mother-Daughter Celebration: Connecting through Yoga and Dance. First, you'll create the space through breath work and yoga. Then will move into dance and other expressive movement activities that will nurture, enliven and open the way for sharing and connection.
Just bring your yoga mat and a smile!
Mothers, sisters, aunts, grandmothers, caretakers all included. For ages (ages 8-11).
