Vacation Week At The Fairfield Museum

The Fairfield Museum's Holiday Express Train Show is open special hours the week between Christmas and New Year's Eve and the museum is featuring three special ways to make memories this holiday season.
The Holiday Express Train Show is open vacation week 12/28 – 12/30 from 10AM – 4PM, and is open New Year's Eve from 10AM – 12N.
Monday, December 28th is Community Day where you can marvel at a live steam train from 10AM – 3:30PM and from 1PM-3PM visitors can enjoy stories and activities while viewing the train show.
Entertain your pre-schooler at Pre-School Storytime on Tuesday, December 29th from 10 – 11AM. View the train show and hear stories about planes, train and automobiles.
On Wednesday, December 30th from 1-2PM is a Holiday Scavenger Hunt. Kids age 8+ will learn how people have gotten from here to there and everywhere as they look for secrets hidden in the galleries and train layout.
These special programs are free for members, non-members are free with admission. Parents/guardians required.
