Brentapalooza
Have you gotten your tickets to Brentapalooza yet?

Brentapalooza is an annual, all-day music festival benefiting the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as part of the fundraising campaign that is the Pan-Mass Challenge.

BRENTAPALOOZA 2010
Saturday, June 5th 1 - 11 PM
On the Field at Bluefish Park at Harbor Yard

This year's line-up includes not just the performers who were there at the very beginning, when Brentapalooza was a glimmer in the eye of seven committed Fairfield County residents, but also musicians who just couldn't say no to the opportunity to play for such an important charitable event. Brentapalooza 2009 attendees will see some familiar faces at Bluefish Ballpark on June 5th -- including the infectious pop hooks of the Kicking Daisies, the pure acoustic richness of Marysue Proveaux, the pulsing Latin rock of the Cosmic Jibaros, the straight talk lyrics of Mike Falzone & the Peppermint Trick, the outlaw rock of the Christopher Robin Band, and the get-up-and-dance funk of Pimpinella. They'll be joined by Long Island's own Gabriel the Marine, the playful melodies of XYLOS, the local talent of Fairfield's School of Rock, and the great-music-for-great-causes force that is Band Together. All types of music. All great music. All for a good cause.

Band Line Up:
1:00-1:45      School of Rock
2:00-2:45      Mike Falzone & The Peppermint Trick
2:45-3:15      MarySue Proveaux

Brentapalooza was conceived in 2009 by 7 Fairfield County residents who wanted to do their part to help fight childhood cancer.  The PMC is the nations original fundraising bike-a-thon and represents the largest source of funds for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Last year, 30 million dollars was collected through the 5,000 participants, and 100 % of every rider-raised dollar was given directly to Dana-Farber.
