The restaurant scene in Fairfield is about to get bigger. Here's what Suzy's been hearing.
That after opening locations in Rome, Milan, London, Turin, New York and Kuwait City, Obikà plans to open a Fairfield location.
About Obika from the company website: Obika' is a new restaurant concept which centers its offering on the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, together with the research of recipes and artisanal products typical of the Italian tradition and characterized by very high quality.
That a French Restaurant will open in the space where Rory's used to be.
That a Steakhouse is opening in the old Al's Place building.
That a new Hibachi and Sushi restaurant will be opening in the Brick Walk.
That Panera Bread Company (Suzy's favorite!) will also be opening in the Brick Walk.
