Foie Gras Terrine- Hudson Valley Foie, prepared by Henri with this secret ingredients and served cold, with toasted Challah Bread and Quince chutney
Shrimp Ritz- A decadent shrimp and avocado salad, served with butter lettuce, endive and a lemon- herb vinaigrette
Veal Oscar- a classic recipe of veal medallions, paired with crab meat in a sherry sauce and truffled potato puree
Lobster and Asparagus Feuillete with Champagne Hollandaise Sauce
Braised short ribs with mushroom ragout, celery mashed potatoes
Berries in a Lace Cookie Cup- with chocolate and Champagne Sabaglione Sauces
