The New Ash Creek Saloon
Ash Creek Saloon may have moved, but the product seems as good as ever.
We were plesantly surprised when our 7:30 PM reservation for 4 was ready as we walked in the door. The bigger and more spacious bar was crowded with people waiting for table so a reservation is highly recommended. (We've heard rumor of waits up to 1 1/2 hours without calling ahead.)
The friendly attentive staff are all familiar faces from down the road. The ambience was reproduced well, and the ribs still melt in your mouth. We all ordered different dishes off the menu. Short of a mistake with one salad that was quickly fixed, everything was delicious.
