Chef Pascal Fuchs

Suzy recently had the most incredible dining experience in the comfort of her own home. Chef Pascal Fuchs, a personal chef located in Fairfield, came to Suzy’s with a waiter to prepare and serve dinner for four. He's professionally trained with many years of experience working with renowned chefs in fine dining establishments. Pascal specializes in elegant in-home dinner parties, cocktail parties and larger events. There is so much to choose from on his menu that you feel like you need to schedule multiple events to try everything!
Typically, when entertaining, Suzy is standing in the kitchen chopping, sautéing, plating etc., and her guests sit at the kitchen island keeping her company. With Pascal in the kitchen, Suzy and her guests enjoyed delicious appetizers and drinks by the fire before sitting down for dinner in the dining room. The really amazing part is that when it is over, there is no clean up. The kitchen was spotless and the wine glasses were sparkling!
Suzy considers herself a bit of a foodie, but nothing that comes out of her kitchen compares to the meal prepared by Chef Pascal. Here's the menu:
Hot Hors d’Oeuvres
• Mini crab cakes with cilantro chutney
• Beef brochettes with cucumber coriander sauce
• Crispy artichoke and pecorino cheese rolls
Appetizer
• Crispy prosciutto salad, green beans, chanterelle mushrooms, asparagus, field greens, shaved parmesan cheese with a lemon, sun-dried tomato vinaigrette
Entrée
• Duck with the cognac green peppercorn sauce with the red onion potato galette
Desserts
• Trio of mini desserts which included the tatin, a fruit tart and chocolate floating island
What felt like a splurge ended up costing not much more than going out to one of the nicer restaurants in town but the atmosphere was more comfortable, the music was our own and we had a lot for time with our company than we would if we had gone out. The price is $85 per person + staff cost. Wine or any other beverages are not included.
