Looking for a kid-friendly restaurant your whole family will actually enjoy? The folks over at Villa del Sol in downtown Westport are happy to oblige. Early evenings on weekends this joint is jumping with families.
For the kids, they have a packed children's menu including tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas and more. They offer grown up versions of these and all your other Mexican favorites—including stuffed, authentic burritos—as well as beautifully presented specials, like "Bistek Mexican," a New York Strip steak drenched in roasted red ancho chile salsa.
The homemade salsa and guacamole are top notch and the staff is warm and attentive. But come hungry because the portions are truly generous. And, don't forget to sample the yummy margaritas!
