The number 100 is a milestone.
It's hard to imagine doing 100 of anything. How about doing one hundred pushups consecutively?
That's the goal of the Hundred Pushups website.
Train for 6 weeks, 3 days a week and you, too, will be able to summit the Everest of fitness (maybe a bit overstated but a fitness milestone nonetheless).
Try the training programs for squats and situps as well.
