Park City, Utah
Are you ready to get your little one on skis?  Or does your family want to try a different ski destination this year?  Well, Suzy is back from Park City, Utah and wants to tell you why she will go back with the family every year.

1) Convenience
How nice to fly in (direct from most cities) to Salt Lake and be at your ski condo within 45 minutes?  It is an easy, not to mention beautiful, drive.  Within the Park City area there are three ski resorts: Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons.

2) Top Notch Ski School
stories 2951

Deer Valley runs a phenomenal ski program that will amaze you whether your child is on skis for the first time or the fortieth time.  They have the secrets about how to teach children to ski and love to ski.  They are caring, professional, and enthusiastic.  The program is set up as follows:

$160.00/day: Price includes lesson, lift ticket, lunch and snack – not equipment.  Sign up early for the Fawn or Bambi program and you will receive a discount on rentals!

"FAWNS" 3 year olds ($160.00/day)
Drop off is between 8:30 and 9:00am; pick up anytime before 4:30pm
Each child has a one hour private lesson (set up first come, first served)
While indoors, the staff keeps your little one entertained with activities, story time, art projects and imagination play on the indoor playground

"BAMBI CLUB" 4 year olds ($160.00/day)
Drop off is between 8:30 and 9:00am; pick up anytime before 4:00pm
Your Bambi will be paired with another Bambi and a ski instructor for a 2 ½ hour ski lesson either in the morning (9:00am) or afternoon (1:00pm)
Indoor activity includes art projects, movement and musical activities, story time

"REINDEER CLUB" 5-6 year olds and "ADVENTURE CLUB" 7-12 year olds
10:00am-3:45pm
For first timers to experts.  Your child will be grouped with the appropriate ability zone and age

Do you have a little one who is too young to start skiing?  Deer Valley runs a state licensed child care program for children two months or older for $96.00/day.

3) Old Town Main Street

It is so fun to walk up and down Main Street.  Every last Friday of the month there is an "Arts and Eats Gallery Stroll."  Over 25 galleries and restaurants are featured dishing up the best of art and hors d'oeuvres in historic Old Town.  Purchase tickets at Kimball Art link.

4) So Much to Do
Suzy was only there for four days so the focus was on skiing, but a few "must do's" on her list for next year?
