Food Author Karen Berman is helping families encourage healthy family bonding through her her new book, Friday Night Bites: Kick off the Weekend with Food and Fun for the Whole Family. See how she's put the fun into family dinners.
The newly released book offers up 20 different themed dinners and over 100 recipes to make dinnertime fun and easy.
Each menu is completely customizable; you can begin preparation the night before, or you can add in shortcuts that work for your family and are designed to appeal to any palate, from the exceedingly picky to the gourmet. Crafts, games, and sometimes, special dinner get-ups round out a night of good family bonding.
