Fischer Wieser: The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipolte Sauce
The sweetness of the fresh raspberries is the perfect contrast to the spicy smoke of the chipotle pepper. Open a block of cream cheese and pour about 1/2 C over the top allowing it to drizzle down the sides. Serve with crackers.
