Authentic Cappuccino Immediatamente!
Sunday, June 01, 2008

This traditional cappuccino/latte maker has been a staple in Italian homes since its creation in 1933.
Now it has arrived on American shores, courtesy of Williams-Sonoma.
Suzy's guypal John brought the stovetop Bialetti Mikka Glass Cappuccino Maker to enliven Easter brunch. Simply add water, espresso and milk. As the water heats up, the steam pressure brews the espresso, combining it with steamed, frothy milk. Perfetto!
The cappuccini are lively with healthy foam but watch the flame so you don't overcook. It tastes authentic -- just like Mamma used to make.
