Pop A Snack
If you love chips but are looking for a healthier option to snack on, try Popchips.  They're not fried or baked but "popped" by using air and pressure.  Oil isn't used during the "popping" process, but a heart-healthy oil is used as they are seasoned.  It's a chip full of flavor with about half of the fat of a traditional fried chip.
