Monday, August 30, 2010

A recipe with only one ingredient? Believe it. Our galpal Alma from takebackthekitchen.com swears by this frozen treat.
Easy Banana Ice Cream
Ingredient:
1 thinly sliced, medium ripe banana
Steps:
Lay the sliced banana on a freezer proof plate in a single layer. Let freeze completely for at least 1-2 hours.
Puree the frozen slices in a food processor until the chunky blob becomes very creamy and looks just like ice cream. It should take around one minute. It will blow your mind!
