Recipe Of the Month: Barbequed Shrimp

Looking for an easy and delicious appetizer to serve next time you have guests? Try Tracy Holleran's Barbequed Shrimp.
Ingredients
1 lb large uncooked shrimp, (peeled and tail-off)
1 lb center cut bacon
4 oz feta, cut into small cubes
1 cup prepared barbecue sauce
toothpicks/tin foil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Tuck one cube of feta into the curve of each piece of shrimp.
Wrap a slice of bacon around the shrimp and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining shrimp.
Place on a large baking sheet lined with tin foil, and brush shrimp on both sides with prepared barbecue sauce.
Bake for 20 minutes or until shrimp is opaque and bacon is cooked through.
Serve hot.
Serves 8-10 as a snack
