Suzy v. Ramapo Times

So last week i mentioned that Suzy would be following all of the Seismic Slimdown workout warriors through thier 8 week training session. I am planning on attending as much as i can to do as I say and be part of the program as well. I missed the second session and was duley "called out" (reminiscent of grade school) by Richard Gandon of the Ramapo Times. You can check out the article HERE and laugh a bit. Richard is the sole male participant thinking he's gonna unofficially win it all.
Nothing but positive feedback so far on Rich's Program and as promised he has upped the anty each session making everyone work thier tails off for some results. Rich has been kind enough to share some tidbits with us to keep in mind when working out. Keep checking back for new ones each week...
This weeks Fitness Tip
Calories, good or bad, add up.
Don't think "this is healthy" and feel you can over-indulge.
Keep meals sensible, with a balance of protein, good carbs and good fat.
Remember to eat 5 to 6 smaller meals per day.
Having trouble with watching what you eat? Carry a small note pad or type it into your BlackBerry to record what you eat each day, at each meal. The exercise may reveal to you exactly where you need to modify your eating habits. It may show you that while you thought you were eating every 2-3 hours, that they gap was larger (or shorter).
