Yes, More Shakespeare...
Suzy will file this under something to do with the hubby or some friends when you have a sitter.  Or something to do if you have kids who are over the age of 5 years old... In any case, the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival is in full swing at Boscobel in nearby Garrison, NY (probably about 45 minutes to an hour away for most of Suzy's galpals).  The season runs through early September.  This season's performances include The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) which covers 37 plays in 97 minutes and is just downright funny, Pericles, Prince of Tyre, and Much Ado About Nothing.  Tickets for adults range from $30 to $38 depending on the night of the week you attend and children's tickets range from $15 to $19.  You can BUY your tickets on the website.  Also, check out the festival site for some other cool things to do nearby (e.g., Dia:Beacon, Storm King Art Center, West Point to name a few) and some dinner recos.
